Report Card Day- Parents Teachers Meet -01.07.2023
Dear Parents ,Greetings from Montfort School, DG Pudur.
Thank you, dear parents, for all your support and cooperation for the successful progress of PERIODIC TEST-1. We teachers feel extremely glad to notice your kid’s zeal and hard work exhibited and appreciate parents’ encouragement for the preparation of the PERIODIC TEST-1.
This Saturday is a full working day. And we are glad to invite you for the REPORT CARD DAY (The Parent- Teacher Meet) on Saturday, 1st July 2023, to have a dialogue and interaction with the concerned teachers and discuss the progress of your kid’s performance in the ongoing PERIODIC TEST in the best interestof your children.
The Report Card Day meeting starts in the afternoon at 1.30 pm and ends at 4.30 pm. Between 1.30 to 2pm, the time is specially reserved for the parents who have 2 or 3 kids studying in the school. 2.30 to 4.30 pm for other parents to meet Grade teachers and respective subject teachers. Teachers would send you the name list of students with fixed time for meeting. Teachers would fiber cate every 8 students for 30 minutes each, keeping in mind the siblings followed by others according to the roll number.
NOTE: After the Report card day meeting, the parents are requested to take your children home along with you. Morning usual bus service will be available and there will be no bus service provided for your children in the evening. We are grateful to the parents who paid the school fee on time and humbly request others to clear the school fee on Saturday when you come for the REPORT CARD DAY.

? PERIODIC TEST – 1 ன் வெற்றிகரமான முன்னேற்றத்திற்கான தங்களது ஆதரவுக்கும் ஒத்துழைப்புக்கும் மனமார்ந்த நன்றிகள்.
? PERIODIC TEST – 1 ல் தங்களது குழந்தைகள் காட்டிய ஆர்வத்தையும், கடின உழைப்பையும், அதற்கென தாங்கள் அவர்களுக்கு அளித்த ஊக்கத்தையும் கண்டு, ஆசிரியர்களாகிய நாங்கள் மிகவும் மகிழ்ச்சி அடைகிறோம்.
? தங்களது குழந்தைகளின் முன்னேற்றம் மற்றும் வளர்ச்சி பற்றிய தகவல்களை அறிந்து கொள்ளவும், தங்கள் குழந்தைகளது ஆர்வத்துடன் கூடிய செயல்திறன் பற்றி விவாதிக்கவும், சம்பந்தப்பட்ட ஆசிரியர்களுடன் உரையாடவும் வருகின்ற சனிக்கிழமை (ஜுலை 1) GRADE 1 to GRADE 12 வரையுள்ள அனைத்து பெற்றோர்களையும் REPORT CARD DAY (அறிக்கை அட்டை நாள்) எனும் பெற்றோர் ஆசிரியர் கலந்தாய்வுக் கூட்டத்திற்கு அழைப்பதில் மகிழ்ச்சி அடைகிறோம்.
? REPORT CARD DAY (அறிக்கை அட்டை நாள்) கூட்டமானது மதியம் 1.30 மணிக்கு தொடங்கி மாலை 4.30 மணிக்கு முடிவடையும்.
? அதில், முதல் அரை மணி நேரம் (அதாவது) மதியம் 1.30 முதல் 2 மணி வரை,
ஒரே குடும்பத்தைச் சார்ந்த 2 மற்றும் 3 குழந்தைகளைப் படிக்க வைக்கும் பெற்றோருக்கு பிரத்தியேகமாக ஒதுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
? மதியம் 2.30 மணி முதல் 4.30 மணி வரை மற்ற பெற்றோர்கள் அந்தந்த வகுப்பு ஆசிரியர் மற்றும் பாட ஆசிரியர்களை சந்திக்கலாம்.
? தங்களுக்கென ஒதுக்கப்பட்டுள்ள நேரத்துடன் கூடிய மாணவர்களின் பெயர் பட்டியலை ஆசிரியர்கள் அனுப்பித் தருவார்கள்.
? மேலும், ஆசிரியர்கள் ஒவ்வொரு 8 மாணவர்களின் பெற்றோர்களிடம் தலா 30 நிமிடங்களுக்கு உரையாடுவார்கள்.
? மாணவர்களின் உடன்பிறப்புகள் ஒன்றாக நம் பள்ளியில் பயில்வதை மனதில் கொண்டு அவர்கள் முன்னதாகவும், மற்றவர்கள் பதிவு எண்ணின்படி அடிப்படையில் பின்தொடருமாறும் கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறோம்.
குறிப்பு :
காலை வழக்கமான பள்ளிப் பேருந்து சேவை வழங்கப்படும். REPORT CARD DAY (அறிக்கை அட்டை நாள்) கூட்டத்திற்குப் பிறகு, மாலையில் பள்ளிப் பேருந்து சேவை வழங்கப்படாது.
எனவே, தங்களது குழந்தைகளை தாங்களே வீட்டிற்கு உடன் அழைத்துச் செல்லுமாறு கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறோம்.
? சரியான நேரத்தில் பள்ளிக் கட்டணத்தைச் செலுத்திய பெற்றோர்களுக்கு நெஞ்சார்ந்த நன்றிகளைத் தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கிறோம்
? பள்ளிக் கட்டணம் செலுத்தாதவர்கள் சனிக்கிழமை
அறிக்கை அட்டை தினத்திற்கு வரும்பொழுது பள்ளிக் கட்டணத்தைச் செலுத்துமாறு தாழ்மையுடன் கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறோம்.
? தங்கள் குழந்தைகளின் நல்வாழ்வுக்காக, தங்களது தொடர்ச்சியான ஆதரவையும், பரஸ்பர புரிதலையும் எதிர்நோக்குகிறோம்.
